Although AI Buddies have human-like traits and respond conversationally, at no time are you interacting with an actual human. AI Buddies are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or other licensed professional advice, and should never be relied upon as such.

By creating an account or using HeyAIBuddy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. Users under 18 are not permitted to use this Service under any circumstances. If we suspect or learn that an account is being used by someone under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately. All content on this platform is strictly safe-for-work (SFW) and does not contain any adult or explicit material.
HeyAIBuddy provides an AI-powered AI Buddy platform. Users can interact with AI Buddy characters through text-based conversations. The Service is intended for entertainment and social connection and entertainment purposes only. We use automated keyword filtering and AI-powered content moderation to maintain a safe environment.
HeyAIBuddy uses a credit-based system. Features such as text chat, voice responses, Buddy reactions, and Buddy creation each consume a certain number of credits. Credits are allocated monthly based on your membership plan.
Membership Plans: We offer multiple plans (Free, Basic, Pro, and Max) at different price points. Paid plans are purchased as monthly credit packages through our payment processor, Stripe. Each purchase grants you credits for one 30-day period.
Top-Up Credits: In addition to monthly plans, you may purchase one-time credit top-up packs at any time. Top-up credits are consumed after your monthly plan credits and do not expire.
Credits: Monthly credits are refreshed at the start of each billing period. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next period. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused credits except as described in our Refund Policy.

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Service are owned by or licensed to HeyAIBuddy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Conversations with AI Buddies are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes only. AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyAIBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
