Summary: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new monthly plan purchases. Requests made within 7 days of your initial purchase will be refunded in full, no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with your monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial plan purchase. This applies to first-time plan purchasers only.

Monthly plan renewals are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge, we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
