If you are not satisfied with your monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial plan purchase. This applies to first-time plan purchasers only.

Monthly plan renewals are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge, we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
